What this site is
This site describes our intelligence products and lets you ask for them. Nothing on it is advice for your specific situation. Intelligence we deliver under an engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement, not by these terms.
What you can do with the content
You may read it, link to it, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not republish pages wholesale, scrape the site, or present our work as yours. The Rathvane name and wordmark are ours; registration of the mark is under review at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Non-affiliation
We analyze companies, pages and answer systems as they appear in public. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any company we analyze unless we say so. Captures of third-party pages are reproduced for the purpose of analysis and carry a non-affiliation line.
Accuracy and limits
We say what is true and, where we don't know, we say so. The public pages of this site may still contain errors, and answers from third-party systems vary by session and day. We do not promise that any capture can be reproduced, that any change will produce a particular answer, or that any result will be achieved on a timetable.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Forms and submissions
When you send us a form, you confirm the information is yours to share and that you're using a work address you control. Submissions are screened by an automated spam filter that scores each message. We may decline any request without giving a reason, and the free offers are capped as described on their pages.
The guarantee and the founding client rate
Every engagement is covered by the Rathvane guarantee, stated on the site as "If we do not provide you value, you do not pay us a dime." Value means conformance to the published standard: if the intelligence delivered does not meet the standard published at rathvane.ai/guarantee, the client may raise it in writing within fourteen days of delivery; Rathvane re-works the findings concerned within five business days; if they still fall short of the standard, Rathvane refunds the engagement fee in full. The guarantee covers conformance to the published standard, not business outcomes, and excludes scope added after intake, re-captures and retainers, the third product of a package once two have been accepted, and the Enterprise Competitive Intelligence Suite. Confidentiality survives any refund.
The founding client rate is a 30% reduction on every published price for engagements started on or before December 31, 2026, and on a founding client's first re-capture or next product in 2027. It is applied at invoice and is not combined with any other negotiated reduction unless agreed in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and any dispute will be heard in its courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page will change when we do. Effective February 2026.
