What you receive

Every claim in the deck, checked, with the capture behind it.

Finished intelligence, not raw material. Here is what lands in your hands, every line of it linked to a capture.

  • Claim ledger: every checkable claim in the document, marked verified, contradicted or unverifiable, with the capture behind each
  • One-screen verdict: what holds, what does not, and what it changes about the decision
  • The five questions to ask the founder or the seller, each tied to a claim that did not survive
  • Market and competitor claims cross-checked against filings, pricing pages, hiring data and trade sources
  • Customer and traction claims checked against the public record where one exists
  • Evidence Locker with every capture: page, prompt, date, source and content hash
  • Ask Rathvane, trained on the ledger, for the questions the pages do not answer
How it is built

Structured method. Primary sources. A person who signs off.

The document is received under our confidentiality terms and never leaves the engagement. We extract every claim that can be checked, decide for each what a primary source would be, and go find it: a filing, a pricing page, a hiring board, a trade source, a review surface, an answer engine on a dated capture. A claim is marked verified when the source supports it, contradicted when the source says otherwise, and unverifiable when no primary source exists, which is itself a finding. A person who knows your name reads the ledger before it ships.

01

You bring the decision

One brief, a multi-person intake, or nothing at all. All three produce finished intelligence.

02

We gather and check

Public and subscribed sources, your intake, the frameworks that fit. Every claim checked against a primary source.

03

You receive the one screen

What is wrong, what it costs, the one move, three fixes, and where the proof sits. The full deliverable and the locker sit behind it.

Scope and pricing, published.

From $1,750 $2,500

Founding client rate: 30% off every published price through December 31, 2026. Backed by the guarantee: if we do not provide you value, you do not pay us a dime.

Before you ask

Three things people want to know.

Can I see one before I buy?

Yes. Ask for a redacted sample and we will send a real one from a comparable engagement, with the captures intact.

What if the evidence is thin?

The deliverable says so. Where a claim cannot be checked against a primary source, it is marked as reasoning, not fact. We would rather hand you a gap than a guess.

How much do I have to share?

As much or as little as you choose. One brief, a multi-person intake, or nothing at all. The depth of calibration rises with what you share; the intelligence is finished either way.

The evidence locker

Every claim links to a dated capture of its source.

A skeptical reader can click any sentence and land on the evidence. Ask Rathvane, the consultant trained on your engagement, answers from the research beneath the page.
