What you get back
A claim ledger. Investors run it before a term sheet, on the deck. Deal teams run it on a confidential information memorandum or a management presentation, where the Memorandum tier checks the financial and market narrative section by section. Founders run it on their own deck before the raise, because the weak slide is cheaper to find yourself.

What happens to the deck
It is received under our confidentiality terms and used for nothing but this engagement. We do not train on it, share it, or keep it beyond the engagement's term. If you need a mutual confidentiality agreement signed first, send yours or ask for ours; we sign one whenever private information changes hands. The ledger and the Evidence Locker are yours to keep, and the guarantee applies: if we do not provide you value, you do not pay us a dime.
